Taking a break

Just earlier this year, a new documentary came out called “Fed Up”. Some of you may have heard about it or seen it. If you haven’t already seen it, please take the time to watch this very important movie. It may change the way you look at food and our health problems. If you live nearby, I have a couple copies I can loan you ๐Ÿ™‚

Many of you know that my family and I have recently moved to Colorado. We decided to take a position as co-pastors for a church in Denver. I had thought at the time that we would move here, make this big life change, and just continue to make these blogs. Unfortunately, I’ve found that to be a little bit more difficult than I expected, and I’m still working on re-establishing my equilibrium. In the meantime, I’ve asked to take a break from blogging for a couple months.

I hope you are terribly disappointed ๐Ÿ˜‰

I am still passionate about health and expect to resume my blogs in a couple months. Until then, please do your homework and watch this documentary. You’ll be glad you did.
