I am incredibly grateful to Ron and Connie Pappalardo for visiting New Hampshire to offer a one day workshop on August 22, 2015. The seminar provided a vision for spiritual growth and healing. People are naturally curious about the spiritual world and have questions about life after death. Some of the topics covered were as follows:
- Tapping your intuition for guidance
- What is your sixth sense?
- How does it happen?
- What does it mean?
- How to develop your own spirituality
- Healing and experiencing God’s love
- History of spiritualism
Ron’s workshop was a practical introduction to understanding that we are all spiritual beings with the potential to communicate with God directly and be a vehicle to bring God’s love and healing energy to others. Taking ownership of our role as co-creators requires that ultimately we comprehend and are comfortable in both the physical world and spiritual world.
Faith Fusion has a commitment to offer quarterly seminars for members, friends and the local community. It is important for a vibrant life of faith to keep learning and growing. This year Faith Fusion has hosted a variety of speakers on the Divine Principle, Unification Thought, “Take Your Life On” with Pastor David Young, and most recently a seminar on understanding our spiritual nature and experiencing God, with Ron Pappalardo.
It is often the case that mediums see themselves as central to spiritual communication, leaving others with the feeling that they are not spiritually gifted. In contrast to this, through exercises, Ron allows people to explore their own psychic abilities to experience God’s love, and their capacity to provide healing energy to others. One sister shared with me that she used these exercises the following week to channel God’s love and healing to her husband and this simple act is changing the dynamic between them. We are all spiritual beings and sensitive to the intention and energy of others. We need to learn how to utilize this gift to foster healthy relationships.
A presentation on the history of the spiritualist movement in America enabled participants to see how God has worked in American history to reveal his providence to presidents and anyone willing to listen for God’s still, small voice. It was so interesting to hear the spiritual story behind human events.
The book signing program on Friday evening, the Saturday workshop and Sunday sermon were very well received and left people motivated to make more effort to communicate with God. Beyond finding motivation, people also need how-to tools to connect with the Divine and Ron’s workshop certainly gave that.
Both in the workshop and through one-on-one meetings, Ron became a channel for God’s love, grace and healing. It was wonderful to have someone visit our community with a message of hope and healing and the ability to help others learn how they can do this for themselves and their families.
I was very moved that so many peoples came to me the following week with stories of how they felt healed of burdens they were carrying. To me, there is no greater gift you can give someone. Ron’s workshop helps to evoke that culture of heart, where we love each other as God loves us.
